Shipping policy
Standard ground shipping is offered for all orders in continental USA.
Expected delivery for Standard Shipping is 3-5 business days from the time the order is shipped. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to COVID precautions at our warehouse and high order volume, it may take longer to process and ship your order. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.
We ship Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST; weekends or US holidays do not count as business days. We ship most US orders via FedEx or USPS.
Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are out of our control. USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. We appreciate your patience.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Express Shipping is available Monday-Friday for most products in the continental US and carries an additional charge.
Orders shipped via Express and 2-Day Shipping typically ship out within one full business day.
We ship Monday-Friday from our warehouse; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.
International Shipping
Shipping charges, delivery options & carriers vary depending on your ship-to location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
STANDARD DELIVERY: Your in-stock items will arrive in 8 - 21 business days.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pretty Face Co., Pretty Face Companies, is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at prettyfacecompanies@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
